STRENGTH-FOCUSED CLASSES

PINANG

Pinang is a 2 station, 5 exercises AMRAP styled strength training class focusing on your upper body, lower body and core muscles.

Depending on your goals, our coaches will guide you on the rep and set ranges so you’ll understand why you’re working the way you are.

KLAPA

Klapa is a 4 station, 2 exercises per station AMRAP styled strength training class focusing on push and pull supersets with both upper and lower body movements.

Depending on your goals, our coaches will guide you on the rep and set ranges so you’ll understand why you’re working the way you are.

PISANG

Pisang is 4 station, 3 exercises per station AMRAP styled strength training class focusing on volume for your upper body, lower body and core muscles.

Depending on your goals, our coaches will guide you on the rep and set ranges so you’ll understand why you’re working the way you are.

KLEDEK

Kledek is a 3 station, 4 exercises AMRAP styled strength training class focusing on unilateral movements and upper and lower bilateral movements.

CARDIO-FOCUSED CLASSES

arab
(HIRT)

Arab is a 5 station, 1 exercise per station high intensity resistance training class that combines high intensity intervals with resistance training.

This class keeps it simple, but yet so effective you'll end it on a high, wanting more.

MUSCAT
(HIIT)

Muscat is a 4 station, 3 exercises per station HIIT class.

This 30 seconds timed, back-to-back circuit emphasize on non stop high intensity work followed by 1 minute rest each round.

Each station has it’s own piece of equipment so be ready to experience a variety of movement patterns. You set the pace, work really hard and get stronger with this circuit.

KANDAHAR (POWER)

Kandahar is an plyometric and explosive styled cardio class that aims to improve agility and increase muscular strength.

You have ten mins to do sets of 60s of one exercise at maximum exertion, before resting for another 60s. Be prepared to activate your fast twitch muscles, burn fat and build lean muscle in this session.rep

ALIWAL
(hiit)

Aliwal is a 6 stations, 1 exercise per station in an Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) styled high intensity functional training class.

You’ll spend one minute at each station performing a required number of reps while our coaches motivates you and checks on your form while you work against time.

SPECIALISED CLASSES

BARBELL

Our Barbell classes focuses on increasing technical proficiency in your barbell lifts, while progressing you to lift heavier and stronger – safely.

Each Barbell class has a theme of either Weightlifting (Snatch and Clean & Jerk and its derivatives) or Powerlifting (Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift).

As this is an Intermediate to Advanced class, you are required to attend a minimum of two sessions of Barbell Basics, or have your proficiency assessed by our Coaches.

BOXFIT

Boxfit at 1-Habit involves combat moves of kickboxing without the contact, but reaping its benefits. It is a high intensity, full body workout that improves your endurance and cardiovascular activity that works your upper body, lower body and your core.

Our Boxfit session is made up of a Cardio session and Conditioning session and include pad work and practice combinations of hooks, jabs and upper jabs. It is fun, social and guaranteed to make you sweat and burn an insane amount of calories.
