With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, coaching has always been her life's work. She has spoken to hundreds and for clients like Facebook, Cisco Systems, Visa APAC, Zuellig Pharma and many more. Aqilah and her work has been featured in Channel News Asia, Berita Harian, Mediacorp Suria and Channel 8, Shape Magazine and many more.
Irsyad specialises in coaching women as his goal is to make them stronger and more confident. He is a certified Women’s Fitness Specialist, Pre and Post-Natal Training, Training Clients with Lower Body Injuries and also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. If you’ve ever stepped in his class, you would know his love for Bollywood music. So feel free to request for Bollywood songs during classes and he would gladly play it for you.

Thanks to her deep love for coffee, Farz never fails to make the entire office smell like a cafe whenever she’s around. Aside from that, Farz is absolutely competitive. Be it sports or just a random “guess the song” quiz, she’ll take it up as if her life depended on it.
