"Hi, my name is Aqilah! I am first and foremost a strength and nutrition coach, but I am also the Founder of 1-Habit. This means that my passion lies truly in educating and guiding minorities on how to change their lifestyle by changing their habits, one little bit at a time.

Overhaul Your Habits is an 8-week group challenge that involves adopting healthy habits for your nutrition, exercise and mindset.
The goal of the challenge is to educate and guide you in making sustainable changes that suits your lifestyle. You will be paired up with a coach who will be your main contact point throughout the 8 weeks – and you will also be a part of the 1-Habit community where you can ask questions.

At 1-Habit, we believe that a sustainable lifestyle change involves three things implemented 1-Habit at a time – nutrition, exercise and mindset. Throughout the 8-Week Challenge, you will be introduced to all 3 aspects of living a sustainable lifestyle.
Every two weeks, you will be introduced to a new nutrition habit which can be applied easily to your life no matter how busy you are. You’ll also receive resources such as recipes, ingredients substitutes and easy to follow infographs to better manage your new nutrition habits.
We’re a huge preacher of exercise and while exercise should not make you feel miserable, we truly believe that a balance is needed when it comes to training and exercise. On top of changing your nutrition habits, you will be given advice and recommendations on what types of exercise is good for you and how often should you be training PLUS access to unlimited class in the Studio and Online.
And to put the cherry on top of it all – one which we believe is super important to stay sustainable – you will be introduced to mindset habits that you can try implementing to help you be patient, calmer and stronger in the mind.
At the end of 8 weeks, you will quit dieting and trying to change everything all at once. Start making small, but progressive and incremental changes that adds up as your experience in training and nutrition progresses. Build that momentum and win over the long term.
At the end of 8 weeks, you’re going to discover what you like to do when it comes to exercising and work out a healthy and sustainable training schedule that fits your life — whether it’s at home, Online or in the Studio. You’re going to do you.

No, you don’t! This Challenge was introduced for complete beginners or regular exercisers that needs a little restart to their eating and nutrition habits. You don’t have to have any experience to join this Challenge.
If you’re choosing the Online option, you will need minimally a pair of dumbbells. If you’re joining us in Studio, no equipments are required as everything is provided in the Studio.
If you have medical conditions or injuries, we will need to assess the severity of your conditions before we begin. This will be achieved during our first call before you sign up so even if you have certain injuries and condition, go on, apply and we will talk about it.
You do have to commit to at least 4 sessions a week for the best results. Part of the Challenge fee includes unlimited access to all our classes in the Studio and Online. This means there will be a time-slot that suits you!
The Group Breakout sessions are essential to help us set the tone of the Challenge, collect some baseline measurements such as your weight and girth and meet the rest of the Challengers! The second session also includes an educational webinar on nutrition and mindset and the third session includes an educational webinar about where to go from here.
We will highly encourage you to attend them! However if you can’t attend them, all sessions will be recorded and you can have access to them whenever you are free!
