  • Attending at least 80% of the Bootcamp sessions. You’re only allowed to miss 4 out of the 24 sessions with valid reasons. Consistency is key.

Part of our training involves a weekly jog/run at beautiful Marina Bay, including running techniques to help you start running again - even if you don't like it.

Our success lies in repeating our efforts every day and we'll help you stay accountable with a sustainable routine by training twice a week.

Improve both your physical and mental capacity

Much of what we do when it comes to change comes in the way we think. Build discipline, resilience and perseverance by showing up to every session and see your physical and mental capacity improve.

Every day, through our online coaching app, you'll get a habit to practice. You'll also get a lesson and a workout, depending on your schedule. You'll also get regular feedback from your coach or you can reach out to her directly, anytime.

Thursdays at 6.30pm

Sessions on Thursdays at 6.30pm are held at Marina Bay. Meeting point is opposite the Red Dot Design Museum, next to the Open Air Carpark.

Saturdays at 8am

Sessions on Saturdays are held at the Hard Courts at Kampong Ubi CC, about 5-mins walk from Eunos MRT Station. Meeting point is just beside Block 848.
